• If you are unsatisfied for any reason, ship the product back to us within 100 days from date of purchase.
• Return with original packaging and all parts. Steel housing should not be dented. Cartridges should not be cracked or broken.

The main advantage of the Phoenix Gravity’s purification technology is that it filters only the harmful contaminants in your water – such as pathogenic bacteria, viruses and cysts, and chemical contaminants such as Chlorine, Lead, Heavy Metals, VOCs, Pesticides, while letting the naturally present substances such as sodium, potassium, chlorides and other minerals intact.

For almost all households with tap water, using an RO is unnecessary and not recommended as it wastes more than half of your water. An RO system strips away your water not only of harmful contaminants, but also removes minerals that are beneficial for your body. The Phoenix Gravity is perfect for purifying water with a TDS of less than 250. For water with TDS greater than 750, which is usually the case only with water from deep borewells, an RO system is recommended.

As you keep using the cartridges, their filtration rate may become awfully slow and inconvenient, if their pores are clogged, or if they dry out. This can be anywhere between 3 months to a year depending on the input water. To clean the cartridges, remove them from the upper chamber, making sure that unfiltered water does not spill into the lower chamber. Scrub each cartridge under running tap water using a soft brush or a mild abrasive. Always brush away from threaded mount, taking care not to contaminate the mount. Never use soap or detergents.
