Great product! We have 2 now , one in my office and one at home !
Good size for us. Water tastes refreshing. Relief from buying bottled water!
We had previously received a shipment of FluoRid refill in April. But it was shipped in a flimsy thin cardboard envelope. Both packs were split open and beads had filled the envelope. This company replaced the FluoRid, and it was in a box and arrived in good condition. I'm giving it a 5 star because they were good about repacing it.

The product is great and I can taste the difference in the water.
But the only part that was the problem was the shipping.
The first packets came damaged and ripped open and I asked for replacements the second replacements were damaged as well.
Maybe a better shipping packaging can be arranged.
It's nice to see the refill media isn't in plastic but the paper packets aren't working.

We love our Phoenix water filter! Water tastes so pure. This is a good quality product for sure and I've been recommending it to everyone whose asked is about it when they visit and see it on our counter. I got the 4 person size because the 2 of us use quite a bit of water for cooking, coffee, drinking, etc. I would recommend that size for a small household.

Although the wooden stand for the 1.5 gallon size is a nice addition, which provides a comfortable look, it only allows enough room (4 to 5 inches) for a coffee size cup to fit under. I find the stainless steel stand, though not as stylish to provide much more ease of use.
Beauty and function all in one. Seems to be really well constructed.

I love the simplicity of it. It replaces my previous filter that had to be plugged in and basically ever thing was plastic except the glass pitcher that held the filtered water. You have a great product and I highly recommend it.

It took awhile to receive my unit and when calling they answered the phone in an unprofessional manner. I did have to keep calling to find out when my unit was going to ship. I really had no hopes of liking this unit as there have been mixed reviews. However, the unit has exceeded my expectations.

We bought this to purify some terrible water. The water was so bad, if left overnight in my yeti the bacteria that was in it would turn the water fishy tasting. This system made the water taste good and got rid of the fishy taste the next day. I highly recommend the Phoenix gravity system!

Avoid wood stand, the system itself is ok, kind of big. A bit cumbersome but the stain or whatever they used on the teak wood stand started running on to my countertops when some water got on it. Leaving some “lovely stamps”that still are faintly visible after a lot of scrubbing and finally some trusty bar keepers friend. I would not buy again.
Works well kinda hard to see level of water. What is Max fill level indicator
