We have only had the Water system for a short time, but we love it. You can really notice a difference in the purity of the water!

Unit is go is good, there are issues with leakage if you're not careful with filling the top resivoir. The companies only solution is to purshase a seperate spout that shows water level however it is $80.

Love the product overall, but the set up instructions could use some help, and them saying to "hand tighten" the nozzle is totally wrong. Mine leaked like crazy until I tightened it with a wrench.
