Orders & Damaged Goods:
If your order was damaged or defective during delivery, or there was an error in your order, ex. We will make every effort to correct your order. If you were shipped an incorrect item, Phoenix Gravity will pay for the return via standard shipping to the registered address. Please make sure you include your order ID and order date.
Cancellation Policy:
