The system is good and efficient, with an excellent design; however, you could improve it to make it even more beneficial—specifically, if the inner walls were made of copper, and the bottle itself as well. In other words: pure, mineralized water.

The system looks sleek on the kitchen countertop and not too cumbersome. The water tastes just like water! which is what we wanted, there is no weird aftertaste that you get with some of the bottled water. It also filters through really quickly so you don't have to wait long when you're having to refill it. The 12litre one was just perfect size for our family our four, as we use it for drinking and cooking. All in all, very happy with our choice and feels likes a solid step towards a healthier lifestyle.

Our water has never been better. We had a refrigerator filter only, now we use that and then use out new Phoenix Gravity Water filter system with the added araenic & flouride filters too. It is light and clean and the taste is neutral and clean. We have hard water (its truly hard water), there is rust in our environment and molds too; plus mosquito poison. We want to avoid as many of the poisons and particles and fungi as possible! Thank you. Your options made it more affordable and easier to use. Shipping was fast and free too! Bonus!

Great taste, easy to put together but my wife Imade a mistake and overfilled it so it leaked, maybe a good idea to mention to monitor how much water is in the bottom cylinder before refilling

I mistakenly ordered the 6 litre, instead of the 8 litre, it just means I have to refill more often because I use it all the time. The water is so amazing and I love that the candles last so long. I bought it to replace another water filter and I am so glad that I did.
