I haven't received them,yet I was told they were shipped, but when I asked when I would receive, they told me they weren't in stock. I'm still waiting.

I use the Phoenix at my cabin. There is a spring nearby that I trust for drinking in the spring but like being able to filter the water later. The cabin is off-grid so the fact it works with electricity makes it perfect

We were sceptical about whether this would work for us but It has worked out great. Our well water has that rotten egg taste and odor. We've had this for a couple months and we aren't buying bottled water anymore.It'smafi our water taste great.

Overall, I've been pleased with the black carbon filter elements; however, I did have several filters initially that were ineffective and did not pass the red dye test. I was taken care of promptly and professionally with the situation, both Agnes and Dahlia were both awesome in handling and replacing the defective filters. I will be using Phoenix filters again for both my units.
