My son and his family bought me roses for Valentine’s Day. They use the water from the Phoenix gravity system. My husband bought roses as well. And we used the water from our private Well . Nothing was added to the water from either one. The roses from my son are still living and have not added any new water to the vase. The date today is March 7, 2026.

Only 1 issue. My husband filled up the top, not realizing that it doesn't stop when the bottom is full. A silicone gasket would be helpful to keep the water in, until it is needed. Other wiseit is great. Puppy approved.

Love it! I have found I’m drinking more water than I used to. Easy to put together but it did take a little while to receive it.

The spigot is not all stainless steel, but I knew that b4 I ordered it. I wish this was made like the original stainless steel ball valve that comes with the Phoenix Filter system. Alas, only the casing is stainless. I'll live with it because there is nothing comparable available. Still and all, it works. Just not the quality I expect at these prices.

I love my Phoenix Gravity Walter filter. The water tastes great! It filters quickly and it is made of a durable stainless steel. Not some cheap stuff.

It took over 3 weeks to receive it and then when I opened it, one of the two bags had been broken open and it spilled. Very unsatisfactory experience.

33ppb arsenic to less than 4ppb

I love the savings this is giving me and the health benefits as well. No more purchasing 4-6 gallons of spring water every week. Unit will pay for itself in 4 months. I do notice the black rubber base interferes with the outer gasket on spigot. it just tall enough and tight enough it goes up under the gasket and causes minor leakage in around inside of rubber base. I try to make it a habit to be sure the base is not pushed up under the gasket. Another minor issue is when turning off the spigot the whole turns and may cause issue with tight seal as well. I have hand tightened the inner bolt by hand as much as can but spigot still turns when shutting off. I am delighted with product and these minor things no real issue for me. I tell everyone about the filtration system!

So far I like it it's great it's easy to put together assemble or taste is really good we have our water comes from deep Wells around here and water is kind of hard and sure what makes this water taste a lot better

I like it a lot but the screwin the spigot is weak and it leaks even after tightening

The water is fantastic. Would buy again but the amount of left over water in the fill reservoir and the bottom is annoying. It leaves over 2 liters of water as waste per complete fill
