I LOVE my new water filter! I have an ability to taste the variations in water, and the taste after using this filter is amazing. I intend to purchase the fluoride filter at a later date and add it. beside tasting great, the vessel itself looks elegant and is beautiful to look at!

I tried flushing the new postreat fluorid for 15 minutes but the water now tests bad when it was testing just fine before with the old postreat fluorid. I haven't been able to use my gravity filter in over 2 weeks now. Considering finding something else.
Worst Experience and customer Service I’m out hundreds of Dollars ! Would never do business with them

I am so happy I bought this water system. The water tastes delicious and I am a water snob! There are only 2 brands of bottled water I like to drink. I really don't even like the "filtered water" from my refrigerator. I was spending a lot on bottled water so I decided to look into a home water system. My whole family can taste the difference between the filtered water from the refrigerator, my favorite bottled water and the Phoenix Gravity water system. Huge difference in taste. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love this water filter. No more hauling in 5 gallon water jugs or plastic bottles! It was easy to assemble and maintain. We love the sleek stainless steel look of our 2.5 gallon unit. We also love knowing that when we travel, we can take it with us for our drinking and cooking water and avoid hauling in plastic bottles. I researched for several months and made the correct decision with this wonderful water filter.

My son and his family bought me roses for Valentine’s Day. They use the water from the Phoenix gravity system. My husband bought roses as well. And we used the water from our private Well . Nothing was added to the water from either one. The roses from my son are still living and have not added any new water to the vase. The date today is March 7, 2026.

Only 1 issue. My husband filled up the top, not realizing that it doesn't stop when the bottom is full. A silicone gasket would be helpful to keep the water in, until it is needed. Other wiseit is great. Puppy approved.

Love it! I have found I’m drinking more water than I used to. Easy to put together but it did take a little while to receive it.

The spigot is not all stainless steel, but I knew that b4 I ordered it. I wish this was made like the original stainless steel ball valve that comes with the Phoenix Filter system. Alas, only the casing is stainless. I'll live with it because there is nothing comparable available. Still and all, it works. Just not the quality I expect at these prices.
