If you choose to add fluoride filtration, buy steel elements first, then consider refills. The steel subscription sends new housings and media every 4 months. Systems, stands, spigots and spare parts are one-time purchases.

No. Phoenix email updates are newsletters and offers only. Subscribe & Save is a recurring product purchase. Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not cancel scheduled filter orders or their charges. Manage those in Account Subscriptions.

The FluoRid Refill Media plan at $59 every 4 months. Your stainless housings are warranted for ten years; only the media inside is used up. Refilling costs $105 a year less than buying new steel elements.

Yes, if you use both carbon and POSTreat filters. Carbon runs on a 12-month cycle; refill media for existing POSTreat filters runs on a 4-month cycle. If you have not opted for POSTreat, you do not need refill media. Each subscription has its own schedule and can be managed separately.

Yes. Cancel the one you no longer want and start the other from its product page. If you would rather we handle it, email hello@phoenixwaterfilters.com and we will switch it for you without a gap in your deliveries.

These plans are intended for Phoenix Gravity systems. Compatibility with other housings requires physical-fit verification before we can promise a fit. Please send us your brand and model before ordering.

The planned renewal email shows the date, amount and items, plus links to manage the subscription. The exact reminder setting must be confirmed: We email you at least 3 days
before every renewal. Keep your subscription email address current and check your next renewal in your account.

Both. Open Account Subscriptions and either ship now or pick a new date. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before a renewal. After that, the order is already being packed.

Yes. Some households replace FluoRid media closer to 6 months, depending on water use and conditions. The refill plan defaults to every 4 months. Reschedule the next delivery or choose an available frequency in your account. Stay within the rated 6-month life or 1,060 gallons per pair, whichever comes first. Carbon remains 12 months or 5,500 gallons per pair. Ask our team if you are unsure which schedule suits your setup.

Skip it, move the date, or pause the whole subscription all three take effect immediately and none of them cost anything. Pausing is the right one if you are away for a while and do not know when you will be back.

$10 a delivery on carbon elements, $10 on FluoRid refill media, $5 on POSTreat steel elements. For households with carbon + POSTreat refills, the saving is $40 a year, plus free shipping on all four orders (a $69 refill would not otherwise qualify).

We retry and email you each time with a link to update your card. Nothing is canceled silently if we cannot collect payment we tell you before the subscription stops.

It can, but not without warning. We email you at least QA[30 DAYS] before any change to your subscription price, and you can skip, change or cancel before it applies.

Open Account Subscriptions, select the subscription, and choose Cancel. Complete the cancellation, look for a Canceled status, and keep the confirmation. Repeat for any other active subscriptions you want to end. Unsubscribing from newsletters is separate. No phone call is required, and there is no cancellation fee. An order that has already been created may still be processed; contact support about that order.

No fee, and nothing to return. Any order already placed still ships and is still yours. What you give up is the subscriber price go back to one-time purchases and you pay the standard price again.

Yes. Resubscribing puts you back on whatever the current subscriber price is. There is no penalty for having left and no waiting period.

Subscription orders are covered by our standard Return Policy, the same as any other order. QA[CONFIRM: whether the 100-day money-back guarantee applies to subscription orders, and whether it applies to every order or only the first. Do not publish this answer until that is settled.] Return shipping to our US warehouse is the customer's cost.

Leaving an email list does not cancel any subscription, and canceling one subscription does not cancel the others. Look for Canceled and keep the confirmation. If an order still appears, contact hello@phoenixwaterfilters.com with your order details; do not email card information.

Open the specific subscription, then Address or Payment. Check each active subscription separately; an address in your main account or a one-time checkout may not update the subscription. Make changes before the renewal cutoff 24 Hours, review the saved details, and use the secure payment update flow.

Choose a one-time purchase if you only intend to pay for one order. A subscription gift continues to charge the payment method used at signup. Giving the system to someone else does not transfer the subscription or change the saved payer. Contact support before arranging ongoing deliveries for another person.

Cancel each active filter subscription separately and confirm its Canceled status. Selling, gifting or returning the system does not automatically cancel recurring replacements. Cancellation stops future renewals; contact support separately about any order already created.

No. Refill media is only for customers who already own compatible POSTreat filters with usable steel housings. If you have not opted for POSTreat, you do not need refill media. If you decide to add optional fluoride filtration, buy steel elements with media first. Follow the supplied refill instructions; contact support if any step is unclear.
