I was thinking of buying their filters, after reading the 1 star reviews (usually the most accurate), no way in hell would I place an order or give them a dime! Customer service is PRIORITY #1 and if a company can't do that right, I don't care what their product is like.

I love it! We have such peace of mind knowing our drinking and cooking water has been filtered. 2.5 gallons is perfect for 2 people using it for drinking and cooking water + water for our pets. We full it every other day and it doesn't take very long to process or pour. Thank you Phoenix!
