I’ve contacted them several times. Phone calls, emails, videos and pictures. I have asked for a return or replacement for my filters. They keep telling me it will take time to review my information. I have several water filters. This is the only one that grows some kind of bacteria. I wouldn’t write this review if they would simply just replaced my filters. I contacted them before my 100 day refund period. Multiple times.
